One record for the whole programme
Intake, animals, treatment, evidence, review and reports, with StrayPaw AI and field intake working on the same data. No second database, no copy for the AI, no spreadsheet at the end.
Good morning, Anita. Here is today's programme brief.
Since yesterday: 18 animals were released in Ward 14, 3 records are missing a release photo, and 1 possible duplicate needs a decision before Friday's report package goes to the reviewing office.

Grounded in your records
Every screen, answer and report reads the same records your team creates. Nothing is estimated or generated.
Permissions at the database
Row-level security decides what each member can read and change, for people and for StrayPaw AI alike.
Observable and auditable
Every change is dated and named. Imported, reported and operator-created records stay distinguishable.

Is the AI a separate system?
No. StrayPaw AI uses the same database and the same permissions as the rest of the app, through named tools. There is no separate copy of your data.
Where is our data hosted?
On Supabase (managed Postgres) and Vercel. Database row-level security isolates each organisation's records.
Can we leave?
Yes. Registers, evidence and reports export to XLSX, CSV and PDF at any time.
