The Pawsome People Project: rescue, ABC and vaccination on one record
How a Coimbatore team brought three separate registers together, and what we have not measured yet.
The Pawsome People Project kept rescue requests, ABC drive sheets and vaccination notes in separate spreadsheets and message threads. Answering a simple question, such as how many animals from a drive were released with evidence, meant reading all three.
What changed
- Historical rescue, ABC and vaccination registers imported with their sources
- One history per animal: request, treatment, sterilisation, vaccination, outcome
- An NGO workspace for new work: intake, cases, follow-ups and registers
What we have not measured
These figures come from imported historical registers, not from work entered live in StrayPaw. Time saved has not been measured yet, and we will not publish a figure until it has.
